These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and will be conducted in Anand, Gujarat, India, in the English language.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. If you are unable to resolve any dispute through arbitration, you may initiate legal proceedings in the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India.
